-- Elaine Cowan accepts the Manitoba Woman Entrepeneur of the Year award Wednesday at the 9th annual awards dinner of the Women Business Owners of Manitoba. Other winners included Roswitha Scharf-Dessureault of The Tea Cozy. And there wasn't a dry eye in the place when Roswitha accepted her award: "Such a moment, it's like a moment of love, to be remembered."
